Description: The Account Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of client onboarding, analyzer implementation, post-launch support, inventory oversight, and long-term client success. This role is both client-facing and process-driven, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. The Account Operations Manager ensures Thrive 365 Labs delivers a high-quality, repeatable experience to every clinic, lab, and vendor partner.
Pay Range: $72,000 with Benefits + Incentives
Description: Leads the sales team to meet revenue goals for QUA systems. Develops sales strategies, mentors Territory Managers, and collaborates with leadership to expand market presence and drive business growth.
Pay Range: $85,000 with Commissions + Bonus
Description: This role is critical to the successful installation, validation, and ongoing support of chemistry analyzers (Biolis C270, ImmTox, AU480) at Thrive 365 Labs locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up, validating, and troubleshooting clinical analyzers, along with a passion for training lab staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Pay Range: $60,000 with Benefits + Incentives
Description: Drives sales of QUA systems within an assigned region. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, demonstrates product value, and achieves sales targets through strategic outreach and client engagement.
Pay Range: 4k-20k a month, depending on Sales
