Dr.Evan R. Goldfischer

Dr. Evan R. Goldfischer graduated from Tufts University with a BA in history and then received his MD from Cornell University Medical College. He completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in urology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Goldfischere, then completed a fellowship in endourology and stone disease under the direction of Dr. Arthur Smith at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. In 1998, he joined Hudson Valley Urology (HVU) in Poughkeepsie, New York, and in 2010 became the co-founding CEO of Premier Medical Group of the Hudson Valley (PMG), a multi-specialty medical practice. Dr. Goldfischer, was the founder and Director of Research at HVU/PMG since 1998, and has served as Principal Investigator in over 450 clinical trials. In 2015, Dr. Goldfischer was elected to the Board of Directors of LUGPA, and served as President of LUGPA from 2022-2024. Dr. Goldfischer, also, holds an MBA and an MPH from the University of Massachusetts. He resides in the Hudson Valley with his wife and two children.
